90kg Rice Challenge
Rice from Malawi now available for purchase at £3-00 per kg bag. Challenge shared with Stamperland, so hopeful we can complete by Easter.
The last meeting for this session of the Forum is on 18th March. Dr Simon Cuthbert (geologist University of the West of Scotland) will be talking about his recent trip to Greenland His presentation is titled “Greenland – a journey to the Ice Age”. Simon’s talks are very interesting, Come and bring a friend on 18th March at 7.30.

The Listening Posts
The next stage in our Future Discernment Process is about to happen. The ‘Listening Posts’ will give all members a chance to reflect on the first round of work that has already been completed in ‘Gathering our History. There will be a chance to look at the outcomes from that work, some demographic data and the chance to share your thoughts about our linked charge’s future.
The meetings will take place between 7:30 – 9:00 pm as follows:

Guild Daffodil Tea
This year’s Daffodil Tea will be held on Thursday 28 March at 2pm in the Large Hall. You are invited to come along to hear some toe-tapping music from the Loudon Friends Ceilidh Band. Tickets £3 from any Guild member or on the day.

JOINT COMMUNION SERVICES FOR 2019
It has been agreed by the Kirk Sessions of Netherlee and Stamperland to have joint Communion Services this year. When a church hosts Communion then the Kirk Session in that church is responsible for delivering the Communion Service according to their own tradition.
The dates and venues for 2019 are as follows:
3rd March at Stamperland
2nd June at Netherlee
1st September at Stamperland
1st December at Netherlee
Please note that these Communion Services will start at 10:30am
An opportunity for busy young families on a Sunday afternoon from 4-6pm to experience Church through games, crafts and activities; as well as something to eat as a family. OK to drop in at the last minute! Next date – 3rd March.

Are you aware that if you have been unable to attend worship on a Sunday morning you can see the service from Sunday afternoon online?
